Independent contractor / 1099 work — not employment.
The TechDispatch360 Service Partner Network is structured as an independent contractor relationship. Qualified technicians and small field-service companies are dispatched as 1099 resources against client work orders. This is not a W-2 employee role. No employee benefits, payroll withholdings, or guaranteed hours are provided. Successful partners typically operate their own field-service business with COI, W-9, and the right tooling for their trade.

HOW IT WORKS
From application to first dispatch.
A straightforward four-step process. We screen applications carefully because our clients depend on consistent professional execution — and the technicians in the network depend on being matched to the right work.
STEP 01
Submit Qualifications
Complete the application form on this page with your trades, certifications, service territory, and equipment. Or email credentials directly to techs@techdispatch360.com.
STEP 02
Application Review
The partner network team reviews each application individually against current project demand, trade coverage gaps, and territory needs. We may follow up by phone or email for clarification.
STEP 03
Onboarding & Documentation
If we move forward, we'll request standard contractor documentation — W-9, Certificate of Insurance, signed contractor agreement, and trade-specific certifications. Onboarding is straightforward and operationally focused.
STEP 04
Dispatch & Field Work
Approved partners receive work-order opportunities matched to trade, location, and timing. Each engagement runs through our dispatch operations team with clean check-in, execution, and same-day documentation.
DOCUMENTATION
What we ask for at onboarding.
Standard contractor documentation — nothing unusual. Most partners already have these in hand from prior MSP, integrator, or low-voltage work. Documentation is requested after the initial application review, not as a precondition to apply.
Form W-9
For 1099 contractor tax reporting.
Required
Certificate of Insurance
General liability + workers' comp where applicable.
Required
Contractor Agreement
Standard mutual NDA and contractor terms.
Required
Trade Certifications
BICSI, Fluke, state low-voltage license, etc.
Per trade
Business License
If operating as an LLC or registered business.
If applicable
Background Check
For projects requiring it (some retail, healthcare, gov).
Per project
Drug Screen
For data center, healthcare, or gov-related sites.
If applicable
Truck / Equipment Listing
What you can roll up with for a typical job.

Yes. Technicians may email credentials, certifications, service territory, and a brief background directly to techs@techdispatch360.com. The application form on this page is preferred because it captures the structured data dispatch needs to evaluate your fit.
Contractor-based. The TechDispatch360 Service Partner Network engages technicians as 1099 independent contractors, not W-2 employees. No benefits, no payroll withholding, no guaranteed hours. Successful partners operate their own field-service business and are paid per work order against scope.
Standard contractor documentation: W-9, Certificate of Insurance (general liability and workers' comp where applicable), signed contractor agreement, and trade-specific certifications (BICSI, Fluke certification, low-voltage license, etc.). Some projects also require background checks and drug screens — typically retail, healthcare, and government sites. See the Documentation section above for the full list.
