APPLICATION & ONBOARDING PROCESS

From application to first dispatch.

A six-step process. We screen applications individually because our clients depend on consistent professional execution — and the technicians in the network depend on being matched to the right work.

STEP 01

Submit Application

Complete the application form above with your trades, certifications, service territory, and equipment. Or email credentials directly to techs@techdispatch360.com.

STEP 02

Qualifications Review

Our network team reviews each application individually against current project demand, trade coverage gaps, and territory needs.

STEP 03

Interview / Verification

If we move forward, we'll set up a short call or video interview to verify experience, certifications, and equipment, and to walk through how the network operates.

STEP 04

Vendor Documentation

Standard contractor documentation — W-9, Certificate of Insurance, signed contractor agreement, and trade-specific certifications. Some clients additionally require background check or drug screening.

STEP 05

Approved Technician Network

Verified technicians are added to the active dispatch network and tagged by trade, certification level, equipment, and metro coverage area for fast matching.

STEP 06

Receive Project Opportunities

Network technicians receive work-order opportunities matched by trade, location, and timing. Each engagement runs through our dispatch operations team with clean check-in, execution, and documentation.

Insurance & Documentation

Some projects may require W-9, Certificate of Insurance (COI), NDA, background check, drug screening, or other customer-required documentation. Requirements vary by client, project type, and site location. The TechDispatch360 network team confirms specific documentation needs during the verification step before any work assignment.

ENTERPRISE FIELD SUPPORT

Field support for commercial, retail & enterprise environments.

Network technicians have supported field engagements across multi-site commercial, retail, and enterprise environments including:

CVS
USPS
Pilot Travel Centers
Phipps Plaza
Kohl's
Whirlpool
DSW
Food Lion

JOIN THE NETWORK

Ready to join the TechDispatch360 network?

Work with a team focused on professional communication, enterprise infrastructure projects, and long-term technician relationships. Apply via the form, email your credentials, or call dispatch directly.

Submitting qualifications does not guarantee approval, dispatch, project assignment, or employment. The Technician Network is a 1099 independent contractor program — not W-2 employment. Dispatch opportunities depend on project demand, geography, and trade coverage needs.
